The value of the Prepaid Legal Benefit will be automatically applied for tax purposes for the 2004 calendar year.

Payroll Register and Employee Paycheck/Advice
The applicable Earn Code and the value will be displayed on the payroll register and the employee’s pay stub or direct deposit advice.
