CUNY EOC employees are currently paid by CUNY through an outside source. CUNY has requested that these employees be moved to the PayServ system effective December 31, 2008.

Position Data
Salary Plans
The agency should create a position on the Position Data page effective December 31, 2008, including the new Salary Plans for PSC as shown in the chart below. For all other titles, the Salary Plan is CNY.

Earnings Programs
Earnings programs will be the same as those for the EOC corresponding titles. (Example: an EOC HE Officer will have the same Earnings Program (NT8/NTC) as an HE Officer.)
All other data should be entered using normal CUNY processing for that title.
Job Data
The agency may appoint employees no earlier than 12/31/08. The employees should be appointed using their current salary. For PSC increment eligible employees, the appropriate increment code should be used on the 12/31/08 row. For any employee who is due a January 2009 increment or increment code update, the agency must enter an additional row effective January 1, 2009 with the new salary and the appropriate updated increment code for the next year.
Time Entry
The agency must enter one (1) day of RGS on the Time Entry page for 12/31/08 for annual employees.
