To explain the procedures for processing the June 2011 Uniform Allowance Payment.
Affected Employees
CUNY employees in the following titles:
- Campus Security Officer
- Campus Peace Officer
- Campus Public Safety Sergeant
- Campus Security Assistant

Payments may be submitted in Pay Period 5C, checks dated June 16, 2011
Background
The Uniform Allowance Payment for the titles listed above is pursuant to Article III, Section 11 of the Blue Collar Agreement and the memorandum from Carmelo Batista Jr. dated April 5, 2011.
Eligibility and Payment Amounts
Uniform Allowance for CUNY Campus Security Titles for June 2011

Agencies must enter the following on the Time Entry page:

Payroll Register and Employee’s Paycheck/Advice
The Earn Code UA6 and the payment amount will be displayed on the payroll register. The Earn Code description (Uniform Allowance CUNY) and the payment amount will be displayed on the employee’s paycheck stub or direct deposit advice.
