To explain procedures for processing the December 2013 Uniform Allowance Payment

Background
The Uniform Allowance Payment is authorized pursuant to a CUNY memorandum dated 10/01/13.

Eligibility and Payment Amounts
Uniform Allowance for CUNY Campus Security Titles and Nurses for December 2013

December 2013 Uniform Allowance Payments should be submitted on the Time Entry page as follows:

Control-D Report
The Earn Code UA6 and the payment amount will be displayed on the payroll register. The earnings description “Uniform Allowance CUNY” and the amount will appear on the paycheck stub or direct deposit advice statement.
