The PSC 1996-2000 contract provides for a cash BONUS payment for Adjunct Instructional Teaching and Non-Teaching staff upon successful completion of teaching courses in the Fall 1998 semester. Please refer to Raymond F. O’Brien’s Memorandums for information on eligibility and amount of payment. Payment Instructions
Payments are to be submitted for Payroll Period 22C, checks dated January 28, 1999, for eligible adjunct employees who only worked as an adjunct in one College in the Fall Semester. Payments are to be submitted for Payroll Period 24C, checks dated February 25, 1999 for eligible adjunct employees who are entitled to multiple payments due to work performed in more than one College in the Fall Semester. The earnings code ABO will be used to process these payments through the Time Entry Panel. Please follow instructions listed below.

For Payroll Period 24C, the time entry procedures are the same as above, but use the earnings begin date of 02/11/1999 and the earnings end date of 02/24/1999.
