Purpose

To inform agencies of new bargaining units and changes to PaySR records

Affected Employees

  • Employees appointed to the new titles represented by DC37 Local 375
  • Hourly employees represented by DC 37 Local 2627 appointed to Information Systems titles (bargaining unit T9)
  • Employees in bargaining unit SF

OSC Actions and Impact

OSC has established the following bargaining units for District Council 37 Local 375, Union Code DTG:

The title Project Manager was previously established and assigned bargaining unit TG, with a dues amount of $25.50.

OSC has also revised the union rate table for DC 37 Local 2627 bargaining unit T9 to allow for a $9.00 union dues deduction for employees appointed to hourly positions in the information system titles. A new earnings program HT9 has been established for these hourly positions.

The union code for District Council 37, Local 2054, bargaining unit SF, has been updated to DTK.

  • SJ - Radio and Television Operator, dues amount $19.00
  • TP - Project Manager Level 2, dues amount $29.50
  • TJ - Project Manager Level 3, dues amount $31.50
