Purpose
The purpose of this bulletin is to notify agencies of an automatic dues increase.
Affected Employees
Employees represented by District Council 37 (DC37), Local 1359, in Bargaining Unit 67 are affected.
Effective Date(s)
Changes will be effective in paychecks dated April 15, 2020.
OSC Actions
OSC will automatically increase the biweekly deduction for Union Dues (Code 224) based on the annual salary amounts as follows:

| Under $28,000.00 | $24.18 |
| $28,001.00- $38,000.00 | $25.50 |
| $38,001.00- $48,000.00 | $26.45 |
| $48,001.00- $999,999.99 | $27.40 |
Note: The annual salary amounts above exclude additional salary factors.
Dues amounts for part-time, annual salaried employees are calculated based on the employee’s part-time percentage.
Agency Actions
Agencies must notify affected employees.
