Affected Employees
Employees represented by District Council 37 Local 1359 in bargaining unit 67 who elect to participate in the Voluntary Reduction in Work Schedule Program (VRWS)
Effective Date
Immediately
Agency Actions
Employees in bargaining unit 67 should NOT have their union dues or agency shop fee amount recalculated due to participation in the VRWS program. When VRWS is reported for an employee in bargaining unit 67, no agency action is required on the general deduction panels for codes 224 or 230.
