OSC Actions
At the request of the New York State Court Officers Association, OSC has implemented a new dues structure for employees in Bargaining Unit SR with Union Dues (Code 243) and Agency Shop Fee (Code 210). The new dues structure changes the current $15.00 flat fee biweekly dues to a calculation of 1% of the following earnings codes:

Agencies should notify affected employees.
Agencies must continue to select “Default to Deduction Table” as the Deduction Calculation Routine when entering these deductions.
