Purpose

To notify agencies of the new deduction code 551 Security Mutual Life that has been established for certain employees of the Unified Court System.

Employees in Bargaining Unit F8 who are members of the Suffolk County Court Employees Association

OSC Actions

OSC will automatically process deduction transactions using the new Code 551.

The vendor will submit all transactions for enrollments, cancellations, and/or changes in a bi-weekly file. Agency update access is not available for this deduction.
