To notify the Unified Court System of the modified eligibility for Deduction Code 380, AFLAC Voluntary Supplemental Insurance Program.

Background

The Unified Court System has requested that its unrepresented employees be allowed to participate in the AFLAC Voluntary Supplemental Insurance Program.

OSC Actions

OSC will automatically process deduction transactions using Deduction Code 380.

Note: The vendor will submit all transactions for enrollments, cancellations and /or changes via electronic file.
