Purpose:
The purpose of this bulletin is to notify agencies of an automatic union dues increase for employees represented by COBANC, in Bargaining Unit DR.
Affected Employees:
Employees represented by COBANC, in Bargaining Unit DR are affected.
Background:
Pursuant to the voting results of the COBANC membership meeting held on April 8, 2024, it has been determined that the amount of organization dues deduction per bi-weekly payroll for members of COBANC, shall be changed from $15.00 to $20.00.
Effective Dates:
Changes will be effective in paychecks dated May 8, 2024.
OSC Actions:
At the request of COBANC, OSC will automatically increase the current dues (deduction code 453) rate as follows:

Agency Actions:
Agencies must notify affected employees.
