Employees in bargaining units 06 (SUNY only), 08, and 13 are eligible for this deduction

Effective Date

Checks dated October 9, 2002

Agency Actions

Agencies must access the Gen Deduction Data (Agency) Panel and enter deduction code 408 with the applicable effective date and flat amount.
