Agencies will be able to report on the costs against each funding source even though the total project costs are contained in one SFS Project. SFS reports include the full project budget, full project cost, and breakdown by federal funds and state funds, if a single Project ID is used.
NYGR0210 – Spending Activity related to Federal Grant Awards
The NYGR0210 will replace the NYGR0010 for April implementation and enhances its capabilities. Federal grant reporting will be based on the relationship of a Project/Activity to a Customer Contract. The report provides spending activity for Federal Grant Awards by Business Unit or Reference Award Number for a specific Business Unit, Fiscal Year and Accounting Period.
The NYGR0210 will have two sections:
- Grant: Tracks and reports the federal funds related to the grant.
- Non-Federal: Tracks and reports the State funds related to the grant.
The Featured Reports Listing in SFS Coach is updated to include information on the NYGR0210 Report.

DW905 – Billable Project Activity
The new SFS Analytics DW905 supports the transition of agencies from use of the Project ID to represent their federal grant to use as their project across all funding sources. The report supports agency projects with the agency Project Costing Business Unit and their associations to the grant/customer contract.
- Provided information includes agency federal grants, including related federal and state funded project child budgets and cost information, with drill down to related project transactions in Project Costing.
The report provides, by Reference Award Number, Customer Contract Number, and Customer Contract Line Number:
- Billing line limits
- Billings to date
- Based on the association of the project/activity to the customer contract line, the report includes related:
- Federal project child budget from KK
- Non-federal project child budget from KK
