How do I update our organization’s business and/or technical contacts?   

Each organization is responsible for designating two business contact resources (one primary, one alternate) and two technical contact resources (one primary, one alternate) to be the liaisons with NYSLRS. Each organization must designate one of these contacts as the main point of contact for Secure File Transfer password resets. It is the organization’s responsibility to notify us within 30 days of any changes to business and technical contacts.

How do I update who receives the Secure File Transfer email?

NYSLRS requires your organization to provide us with a shared email address to receive this notification. This allows anyone who has access to your shared email address to be notified when a file is placed so it can be retrieved before the file is no longer available.
